Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive Trainee to join our growing team focused on Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Safety, Security, and other innovative building technology solutions. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn and grow within the Building Automation and Smart Infrastructure space.

As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will be trained to drive customer engagement, support the development of key accounts, and identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will work closely with senior sales professionals and cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, generate qualified leads, and contribute to strategic account management.

This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a structured learning path to build a solid foundation in technical solution selling, customer relationship management, and market development.

Roles & Responsibility:

Assist in managing and nurturing existing key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Support the identification, outreach, and acquisition of new business opportunities in target sectors.
Learn and articulate the value proposition of ELV systems including BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Safety, and integrated building solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, pre-sales, and project management to deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations alongside senior team members.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Contribute to proposal development and client communications under supervision.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business marketing related degrees (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
- Should have basic knowledge about Automation and Market Analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
