Chubb Fire and Security is evolving towards a digital-first approach to training and knowledge management. We are looking for a creative, organised and technically minded Digital Learning Content Creator to help shape how colleagues access, retain and apply vital knowledge across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in building a sustainable and scalable learning model. You will create high-quality, reusable digital learning that can be accessed through our LMS – Workday Learning, giving colleagues the flexibility to develop their knowledge at the point of need.

This is a Hybrid role where you will be working primarily from our Head Office in Blackburn on a regular basis.

SALARY: up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)

The role

As our Digital Learning Content Creator, you will develop, maintain and continuously improve digital learning content supporting both Technical Operations and Sales Training.

Working closely with subject matter experts across Technical Operations, Product Strategy, Technical Support and Sales – as well as external training providers – you will turn specialist information into clear, structured and engaging learning experiences.

From interactive e-learning modules and assessments to refresher programmes, learning pathways and targeted campaigns, you will ensure our people have the knowledge they need to perform confidently and effectively. By making learning available on demand, you will help increase workforce product & standards confidence, improve customer service, and improve knowledge retention.

A key part of the role will be capturing knowledge from supplier and manufacturer training or internal subject matter experts and converting it into complementary e-learning and refresher content. This will allow colleagues to revisit important learning after formal training has been completed, extending its value and ensuring specialist knowledge is retained within the business.

Your work will also support the faster and more consistent rollout of new products, services, standards, onboarding activities and business processes.

By creating repeatable digital learning assets, you will help us scale training delivery, improve the utilisation and effectiveness of our LMS – Workday Learning.

What you’ll be doing

Creating engaging digital learning modules, assessments and refresher content within Workday Learning.
Translating complex technical and specialist information into clear, practical and accessible learning materials.
Partnering with internal subject matter experts and external suppliers to capture, structure and preserve valuable knowledge.
Converting externally delivered supplier and manufacturer training into reusable e-learning and refresher resources.
Maintaining and updating existing learning content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant and aligned with business needs.
Developing and managing learning pathways and campaigns that support product launches, new services, standards and business processes.
Creating reusable and repeatable digital assets that reduce reliance on classroom-only delivery.
Supporting a consistent, shared learning capability across Technical Operations and Sales Training.
Helping colleagues access learning when and where they need it
Improving the adoption, utilisation and overall effectiveness of our LMS – Workday Learning platform.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with strong attention to detail and an ability to make complex information easy to understand. You will be comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders and confident managing multiple learning projects from concept through to delivery.

Ideally, you will bring:

Experience creating digital learning content, e-learning modules or online training resources.
Familiarity with learning management systems (ideally Workday Learning.)
The ability to translate technical or detailed content into engaging learning journeys.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence working with subject matter experts.
Excellent written communication, organisation and content-development skills.
A proactive approach to improving learning content, processes and user experience.
An interest in digital learning, knowledge management and continuous improvement.
