General Scope of Work:

To drive profitable sales growth across key strategic accounts in South India by developing long term customer relationships and positioning Fire & Security and BMS solutions across new projects, expansions amd existing customer sites. The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, strengething keys accounts and delivering order booking targets.

Qualification:

Education: BE/ BTech/ other Bachelor's degree

Experience: Account Manager with 6 – 8 years’ experience in India. Candidates with good working relationships with key global and national customers, working experience in field of IT networking, Automation, Security & Fire, Audio / Video integration, Telecommunication will be preferred. Knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts, taxation is important. This position is based out of Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Own & develop a portfolio of strategic customers across Bangalore and south India.
Build strong relationships with CXO, facility, engineering, procurement, projects and security stakeholders.
Establish long-term partnerships with major corporates, developers, data centres, IT/ITES, manufacturing, pharma, healthcare hospitality customers.
Generate new business through consultative and solution-based selling.
Develop project opportunities from concept/ design stage through order closure.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
Drive specification and ensure the company’s solutions are considered in upcoming projects.
Lead negotiations for strategic opportunities and large projects.
Participate in customer presentations, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with presales, engineering, operations and service teams to develop appropriate solutions.
Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.
Manage customer escalations and ensure strong customer experience.
Develop market intelligence on competitors, pricing, technology and emerging opportunities.
Identify new sectors and account for business expansion.
Maintain CRM discipline and accurate sales forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Work closely with Finance and operations on collections, receivables and project closure.

Skill sets:

Strong experience in Key account management and project solution sales.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong network among consultants, EPCs, developers and enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate should be a strong Hunter farmer capable of opening new strategic accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers.
