We're currently recruiting for a Senior Business Systems Solutions Analyst for our team here at Chubb, for a hybrid role, based out of our Blackburn HQ.<\/b><\/p>\n
This role would suit a commercially minded Senior Business Systems Solutions Analyst for the development, integration and continuous improvement of CRM and sales platforms. The role bridges business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party delivery partners to improve sales processes, data quality, automation, reporting, end user support and experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, CPQ, SQL, SharePoint and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

SALARY:<\/b>\u00a0 Upto \u00a350K DoE<\/p>\n Responsible for the development, continuous improvement and operational support of MS Dynamics CRM, CPQ and related business applications used across sales, marketing and service functions. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party delivery partners to deliver solutions that improve productivity, data quality, customer engagement and revenue performance.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Candidate profile:<\/p>\n This role suits someone who can operate comfortably between business process, system configuration, solution design, delivery governance and hands-on troubleshooting.
