This will also require close coordination with colleagues in business support, finance and operational teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Root cause analysis:<\/b> Reverse engineer the circumstances that led to a customer dispute to identify how it could have been prevented.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Process improvement:<\/b> Reviewing processes in conjunction with colleagues across the business to make effective changes that prevent future recurrence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Documentation:<\/b> Production and refinement of work instructions and processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Reporting:<\/b> Generate and analyse reports applicable to the disputes process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Compliance:<\/b> Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri\u00a0\u00a0 | 9am \u2013 5pm |\u00a0 Fully Office Based (potential for hybrid working post probation)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>What we would like you to bring to the role:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in a credit control, billing, invoicing, customer service resolutions or a similarly related role<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>Attention to Detail:<\/b> Ability to take actions with minimal error rates and able to identify improvement opportunities that may not be immediately obvious.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Analytical Thinking:<\/b> Capability to analyse discrepancies identify root causes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Customer Focus:<\/b> Commitment to meeting customer service SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Influencing:<\/b> Able to influence people positively, for the best benefit of all related parties<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Team Collaboration:<\/b> Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Communication:<\/b> Excellent communication skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Join us and become part of a team committed to building great leaders.
