Together with your help and desire, we can grow together and make the world a safer place.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>SALARY:<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>Between \u00a324,500K &#8211; \u00a327K per annum (depending on experience)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 days holiday, plus bank holidays<\/li>\n<li>Company Pension (5% matched)<\/li>\n<li>Free Onsite Parking<\/li>\n<li>Liftshare Community &#8211; an app designed to make your commute more affordable, sustainable and enjoyable<\/li>\n<li>Cycle to Work Scheme<\/li>\n<li>Employee Referral Scheme (\u00a31000)<\/li>\n<li>Life Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)<\/li>\n<li>A Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discounts<\/li>\n<li>Free Mortgage Advice<\/li>\n<li>Bravo scheme: Incentivising high achieving employees<\/li>\n<li>Health &amp; Wellbeing Resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>What you&#039;ll be doing as Administrator<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This role will see you assisting with the day to day running of the relevant department (Fire or Security Install, &amp; Fire or Security Service)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities will include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all transactions are logged accurately and in a timely manner and highlight any outstanding requirements<\/li>\n<li>Input engineer timesheet information on a weekly basis in line with set timescales and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ordering of uniforms and personal protective equipment for Engineers, in line with relevant procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the production of engineer routine maintenance lists, cancelled jobs, logs and report on progress as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor unbilled work orders to meet SLA.<\/li>\n<li>To follow supply-chain processes and help ensure equipment is ordered, delivered and logged as appropriate, and highlight any outstanding requirements.<\/li>\n<li>To take calls from Engineers, Customers and Colleagues (as appropriate) and to assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded (in hard and electronic format as appropriate), to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | 9am \u2013 5pm | Fully Office Based<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>What we would like you to bring to the role:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in an administrative or customer service focused role, ideally from a service background<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>You will:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be passionate about the customer, working consistently to provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.<\/li>\n<li>Possess high levels of drive, motivation and commitment with the ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Have strong working IT Knowledge, and experience using the Microsoft Suite of products e.g. Word and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Good people and communication skills, able to explain situations clearly, both verbally and written.<\/li>\n<li>Works well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and helping out willingly when required<\/li>\n<li>High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Join us and become part of a team committed to building great leaders.
