Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee project management and site supervision for all assigned jobs, including cost control, manpower allocation, and ensuring all work is completed according to the contract terms with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Attend site meetings to monitor project status, making sure Chubb\u2019s interests are protected and ensuring that meeting minutes related to Chubb\u2019s work are accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Architects and Consultants to provide accurate updates on work progress, technical compliance with specifications, and variation claims.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site, aligned with project progress and within the project budget.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with all parties involved on-site to resolve any issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all rectification work meets the contract specifications.<\/li>\n<li>You may be assigned other duties in the Fire Safety department or any other department as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>II- Qualifications &amp;
