Reporting to the National Service and Quality Manager,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>this<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>role focuses on welcoming new customers, following up on emergency calls to ensure customer safety and satisfaction, and managing the return of\u00a0<\/span><\/span>VitalCALL<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>units. The position plays a key role in\u00a0<\/span><\/span>maintaining<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>customer trust, safety, and service quality.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This role\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will\u00a0<\/span><\/span>be\u00a0<\/span><\/span>based<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>in\u00a0<\/span><\/span>either\u00a0<\/span><\/span>our\u202f<\/span><\/span>Salisbury office<\/span><\/b>, with plans to\u00a0<\/span><\/span>relocate<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>to our\u202f<\/span><\/span>new,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>purpose built<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Logan facility in mid<\/span>2026<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>or the <\/span>Rydalmere <\/span>office <\/span>located <\/span>in South Street<\/span><\/b>\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
