If you enjoy a challenge, with no two days the same, then this an opportunity you should not miss.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>About the Role<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Your main responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day service operations across Melbourne and surrounding regions<\/li>\n<li>Manage a team of Security Technicians and service desk coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the commercial success of service delivery, focusing on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site inspections to maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the development of others\u2019 knowledge, skills, and competencies by providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activities.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contract Margin expansion \/ growth &#8211; Seek opportunities to expand and grow the Contract or to improve margin by achieving additional operational efficiency and action where possible.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Support contract obligations, reporting, and financial performance<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Project, Sales, and Technical teams to deliver integrated solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About You<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in Electronic Security Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in a supervisory role within field service operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of service delivery processes.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of security systems and technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer relationship and communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Commercial and contract management understanding<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Tier 1 clients or critical infrastructure preferred<\/li>\n<li>Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security Licence, Cabling)<\/li>\n<li>Australian Citizenship<\/li>\n<li>Already acquired Security Installers license<\/li>\n<li>Ability to obtain\u00a0NV1\u00a0Government Security\u00a0Clearance<\/li>\n<li>Certification with Lenel, Gallagher, Tecom, Integrity, Milestone, Geutebruck systems (highly desirable)<\/li>\n<li>High level of competence in IT based applications and hardware (desirable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we will offer you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A career-defining role with a Tier 1 Security Integrator<\/li>\n<li>Competitive Package on Offer<\/li>\n<li>Supportive executive leadership team<\/li>\n<li>Stability, progression, and the opportunity to lead from the front<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Full Time Role<\/li>\n<li>Expose to latest Technologies\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing training and development from Product Manufacturers and leading education facilitators<\/li>\n<li>Access to People Matters &#8211; an employee discount platform with access to hundreds of discounts from health, groceries, electronics and more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply now to see where Chubb can take your career.\u00a0 All applications and enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Are you being referred to one of our roles?
