We are an industry leader and part of the API Fire and Security group of companies.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>About the Role<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Operations Support Administrator to join a newly created team, reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service and general administration<\/li>\n<li>Proactively updating customers on service work and enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Daily invoicing<\/li>\n<li>Raising of purchase orders &amp; work orders<\/li>\n<li>Data entry<\/li>\n<li>Managing shared email inbox<\/li>\n<li>Inbound &amp; outbound phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Managing customer SLA\u2019s &amp; compliance<\/li>\n<li>Service Coordination of Field Technicians<\/li>\n<li>Dispatching and scheduling technicians to customer sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About You<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Resident<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with data entry and analysing data<\/li>\n<li>Experienced working with MS Office &#8211; Excel<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with coordinating\/scheduling field technicians in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience within customer service in a call centre\/team environment (mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Pronto \/ Salesforce or other ERP \/ CRM systems (preferred but not essential)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with KPI targets<\/li>\n<li>A customer centric focus<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys working in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Able to work between hours of 7am-5.30pm on a rotating shift roster<\/li>\n<li>Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we will offer you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive remuneration package<\/li>\n<li>Supportive team structure with all training provided.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to support and make a difference to those most vulnerable in our community.<\/li>\n<li>Working for a global organisation which brings job stability and where you are treated like family.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and support for progression towards any role within Chubb<\/li>\n<li>Paid university education program through the Employee Scholar Program<\/li>\n<li>Access to People Matters &#8211; an employee discount platform with access to hundreds of discounts across shopping, groceries, health and wellbeing, leisure and entertainment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7197,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"country":[11],"class_list":["post-7342","job_posting","type-job_posting","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","country-australia"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.2 -
